Celtics NBA Finals Game 4 Betting Outlook

Jaylen Brown went off for 27 points on 9-of-16 shooting to go along with nine rebounds and five assists in Game 3, responding from a fairly lackluster performance in Game 2.

Jayson Tatum also showed out in front of his home fans, as he had 26 points on 9-of-23 shooting to go along with nine assists and six rebounds. Marcus Smart proved to be the difference-maker the Celtics so desperately needed in Game 2, as he provided 24 points, seven rebounds, and five assists.

The Celtics got a well-balanced effort out of their role players in addition to the big performances from their star duo out on the wings.

When the Celtics have both Tatum and Brown rolling and guys such as Smart, Al Horford, and Robert Williams all step up and play their complementary roles, they’re as unstoppable as any team can be.

Heading into Game 4, everyone is going to need to keep that same intensity and exploit some of the glaring holes in the Warriors’ defense.

Warriors NBA Finals Game 4 Betting Outlook

The Warriors ended up losing Game 3 by a pretty wide margin, but it wasn’t because of the effort out of the Splash Brothers.

Stephen Curry went off for 31 points on 12-of-22 shooting. Klay Thompson added 25 points on the 7-of-17 shooting.

Andrew Wiggins did his part, as he attacked the rim through openings and had showed off his athleticism with some sweet dunks. He finished with 18 points on 7-of-16 shooting.

Aside from those three guys, the offense was nowhere to be found. Jordan Poole managed to score just 10 points on 4-of-8 shooting. As the sparkplug off their bench, he needs to do a lot more to keep his team in a position to win.

Draymond Green also continues to look lackadaisical out there, as he had just 2 points on the night. Additionally, he was exploited defensively, as Brown took him off the dribble several times and got to the rim. Green is supposed to be the swiss army knife defender who instills fear into his opponents. Instead, he’s been looking like he’s ready to shoot another podcast episode instead of winning the game.

Curry seems to have avoided a serious injury, so expect him to be fully healthy in Game 4.

NBA Finals Game 4 Betting Pick: Warriors Win

For the sake of their pride, the Warriors can’t afford to go back to San Francisco down 3-1.

Curry and Thompson should continue to shoot, but we should also expect Green to come out rejuvenated and to see a better showing from Poole.

Expect the Warriors to come out with the win and take the spread in the process.
