Who Will Have The First Interception Sunday September 18 In Browns vs. Jets?

As soon as the Panthers drove down the field and grabbed a late 24-23 lead against the Browns on Sunday, I was sure the script that we have seen time and time again had already been written and the Browns would lose in brutal fashion once again.

The rookie nailed a 58-yard field goal to ice the game for the Browns, securing their first week one win since 2004.

The Browns defense was everywhere in the first half, making it seem like it would be miserable for Baker Mayfield and company all game long. Giving credit where it is due; they played a solid second half and made it a game.

Browns defensive back Grant Delpit had the first interception of the game on Sunday and the only interception of the game. 

The Browns play host to the New York Jets for their home opener in week two. Jets' quarterback Zach Wilson will be out, which means Joe Flacco will come to town.
