Ohio State's Jaxon Smith-Njigba scores a touchdown in the Spring Game

In terms of ranking Saturday's throughout the calender year, week one of the College Football season has to be one of the most exciting Saturday's all year long. All of the traditions each respective schools hold, the big matchups, what a Saturday it is going to be. "Puskar's Picks" went three-for-five yesterday, making for a solid day. Let's cash in all four today, shall we?

My favorite bet of the day comes from one of, if not the most exciting matchup of the day; No. 5 Notre Dame vs. No. 2 Ohio State.

Who doesn't like points? The Buckeyes are going to score most likely 30-plus points every time they step on the field, and Notre Dame being fifth in the country, you'd expect them to score some points as well.

Buckeyes' CJ Stroud has the potential to win the Heisman Trophy in just his second year at quarterback for the Buckeyes, and I think he's going to explode in The Shoe tonight and start the season on fire for the Buckeyes.

Bet No. 1: Notre Dame/Ohio State Over 59 Points (-110)

Staying in the football world, another top 25 showdown takes place this afternoon with No. 23 Cincinnati traveling to take on No. 19 Arkansas.

Coming off of a shockingly good season for Cincinnati, there will be a new quarterback as Desmond Ridder has graduated and moved on to the NFL.

While I don't think last season was all luck for the Bearcats, we all could tell that when they had to face Alabama in the College Football Playoff, it wasn't going to be close.

Arkansas is the better team here, coming into the new season after going 9-4 and winning the Outback Bowl last season. I'll take Arkansas ML all day here, and I'll see you when it cashes.

Bet No. 2: Arkansas ML (-264)

Moving to the MLB, the slate is full once again with games all across the board.

The Cleveland Guardians are seemingly stuck in a rut, as they've been not only ice cold, but just lost two of their starting pitchers from their rotation to the injured list.

In game two of the series, the Mariners are throwing former Cy Young winner Robbie Ray against rookie Xzavion Curry for the Guardians. As much as I hate to do it, betting against the Guardians here seems like the way to go.

Bet No. 3: Mariners ML (-164)

The Angels, one of the MLB's most frustrating teams host the Astros in a Saturday night matchup, featuring Shohei Ohtani against Luis Garcia.

We all know just how dominant Ohtani is not only in his pitching abilites, but in everything he can do as he is one of the leagues best hitters as well.

The Astros are having a great season, sitting at 85-47. Garcia has been up and down this season, however, as his ERA sits up at 4.14 despite being 11-8 on the season. With Ohtani on the mound and an Angels lineup that has struggled to score all season, betting the under in this game seems like a lock.

Bet No. 4: Angels/Astros Under 7.5 Runs (-103)
