Cincinnati Bengals players celebrate touchdown in AFC Championship game against Kansas City Chiefs

The Kansas City Chiefs will try to extend their impressive five-game win streak as they travel to Cincinnati to take on the Bengals on Sunday afternoon at 4:25 p.m.

The Bengals are working with a nice three-game win streak of their own, as they’ve won some crucial games to get in a position tied with Baltimore for the lead in the AFC North.

The Chiefs have a commanding lead in the AFC West with their 9-2 record overall. The next closest team is the Los Angeles Chargers, who have a record of 6-5. With only six games left in the season, the Chiefs are close to clinching a playoff spot with a couple more wins.

Last week, both teams were victorious. The Bengals got a needed road win against the Tennessee Titans by a score of 20-16. This was a rematch from last year’s playoffs, where the Bengals got the best of the Titans in that game, as well. The Chiefs took care of business at home with a 26-10 win against the Los Angeles Rams.

Let’s look ahead at the best prop bets for this matchup between the Cincinnati Bengals and Kansas City Chiefs.

Cincinnati Total Touchdowns Over 2.5 (-154)

With the total set at 52.5, I expect the Bengals to score more than two touchdowns at home. Last season, the Bengals scored three touchdowns in their matchup with the Chiefs in the regular season and two touchdowns against the Chiefs in the playoffs. Both of these games were on the road, so I expect the Bengals to be able to score more readily in front of their home crowd.

The Bengals will need to continue scoring throughout this game to keep up with the potent Kansas City offense. We can expect to see the Chiefs force the Bengals to take some chances at the end of the game to either hold the lead or erase the deficit against the Chiefs.

Time Of First Score Under Six Minutes Elapsed (-113)

To go along with the first prop bet, this game will be high scoring, with both teams scoring at least three touchdowns, in my opinion.

I don’t think that either team will waste any time getting into this game because both teams have explosive offenses that could score on their first drive.

Both teams will look to throw first, which will not only give the opportunity for big plays but will make the first six minutes move a lot slower.

Will Kansas City Score on Their First Drive - Yes (+125)

I can easily see both teams scoring on their first drive, but I am more confident in Pat Mahomes and the Chiefs to come out hot.

The Bengals tend to ease into games and take care of business in the second half. With such a bitter taste in the mouth of Cincinnati from last year, they will want to try to pour it on from the start.
