Cincinnati Bengals vs. Denver Broncos Week 15 Bet Preview

The Bengals will go on the road to try to avenge their last two losses at home as they are set to face the Denver Broncos in week 15 of the NFL regular season at 4:05 pm EST on CBS. Cincinnati is coming off two losses to the Los Angeles Chargers by a score of 41-22 and the San Francisco 49ers by a score of 26-23.

The Broncos won their last game against the Detroit Lions in a 38-10 thrashing. Both teams are 7-6 on the season and looking for a crucial win to keep them in the playoff hunt. Denver is third in the AFC West, and Cincinnati is third in the AFC North.

Let's look ahead at the betting preview between these two teams on the playoff bubble.

Odds

The Broncos are a tight 2.5 point favorite to win this game with odds of -125 to cover that spread. The Bengals, at +2.5, have the odds of +105 at that spread. The over/under for the game is 44, with the odds of -115 and -105 to bet the over and the under, respectively. The moneyline for the Broncos is -155, and the Bengals is +135.

Eleven of the thirteen games for the Bengals have hit over 44 points. In that same thirteen-game stretch, only four of the Broncos' games have hit that mark. Denver has seven wins against the spread this season compared to Cincinnati's six wins against the spread.

Keys to a Bengals Win

The Bengals have lost some key games that could've catapulted them into first place, as the Baltimore Ravens have lost a couple of games in recent weeks. They will need to turn it around, and this will be led by their potent offense.

Joe Burrow was able to get back on the right track by getting back to having a multi-touchdown game. He connected with his go-to man in Ja'Marr Chase, which will need to be a frequent connection if the Bengals want to win this game. The Bengals need a balanced offense with pass and run behind Joe Mixon, who struggled last week, including a crucial fumble.

Keys to a Broncos Win

The Broncos will be focusing on the other side of their team and working to limit the Bengals' offense. Their defense ranks second in points given up per game, third in opponent touchdowns per game, and fourth in opponent points per game.

The Broncos' secondary can match up with any receiving core, even the Higgins, Chase, Boyd combo. Malik Reed leads the team in sacks with five and has added 36 tackles to his name. He will need to be on his game to make Joe Burrow uncomfortable in the pocket and make some mistakes to help the Broncos' offense.

Expected Outcome

The Broncos should be able to pressure Burrow and cause a couple of turnovers to give Denver the edge. It is a tough atmosphere to play in Denver because of the altitude, which should be quite the adjustment for the Bengals.

If the Bengals can keep it close early, then they can pull this out, but if it gets away from them early, then this will be an easy Broncos win.
