A few weeks ago, CeeDee Lamb was on Tik Tok posting dancing videos with his buddies. The other day, he was on Tik Tok posting workout videos on the beach with the caption reading "In due time, I'm still here." What was he doing last night?

Yesterday at Cowboys camp, Jerry Jones was asked about contract talks with the star receiver. His response? " I don't have any urgency to get it done." How did Lamb respond to Jones' comments?

"Lol."

Lamb tweeted those three letters on X last night, before removing "America's Team" from all his social media pages. So, what's next?

The Unknown for Dallas

This upcoming season for the Cowboys has more weighing on it than you might think. Year after year, Dallas has struggled to do anything in the playoffs despite continuing to have a ton of regular season success.

Head coach Mike McCarthy is entering the final year of his contract. Defensive coordinator Mike Zimmer is entering the final year of his contract. Quarterback Dak Prescott is entering the final year of his $160 million dollar deal. And, of course, CeeDee Lamb is entering the final year of his contract -- and he wants paid now.

Why Cleveland?

If you've been paying attention to NFL news as of late, you'd know Brandon Aiyuk trade rumors have been the talk of the town the past few days -- with Cleveland being heavily linked to Aiyuk.

Browns' Amari Cooper just got a new one-year reworked deal with Cleveland, but he's getting up there in age. Elijah Moore didn't have the year we all expected him to have last year; and the head injuries are a concern with him. They recently traded for and extended Jerry Jeudy from Denver giving them some talent at the receiver position for a few years -- but we all know he is not a #1 receiver.

Obviously, giving Lamb a huge contract should be a priority for Dallas. He's one of the league's most explosive and consistent players and has been since he stepped foot in the NFL.

If Prescott and the Cowboys can't produce in the postseason (again), could they look to shake things up at the quarterback position and look elsewhere for a fresh start? If so, why would you lock down a big-time receiver like Lamb?

Many questions loom in Dallas and will continue to loom throughout the entire regular season. If there's anything we know for certain about Browns' Andrew Berry and Jimmy Haslam; it's the fact they aren't afraid to splash or make a huge move out of nowhere.

Is it unlikely? Sure. Is it still worth a phone call to Jerry's World? Absolutely.
