Cleveland Cavaliers @ Atlanta Hawks (7:30 p.m.)

Favored Team and Spread: CLE -2

Total Points: 220.5

The Cleveland Cavaliers will travel to the State Farm Arena on Tuesday to take on the Atlanta Hawks in an Eastern Conference matchup. Jarrett Allen has been named to the All-Star Game as a replacement for James Harden and has been dominating as of late as in his last nine games he is averaging 16.2 points, 11.7 rebounds, 1.3 assists, 1.1 blocks, and 0.4 steals per game. Cleveland has been the best defense in the sport as they are giving up just 102.1 points per game.

The Cavaliers are 7-2 Against the Spread in their last nine games against the Hawks and the under has hit in five of the previous six games so go with Cleveland to cover on the road and the under to hit.

Dallas Mavericks @ Miami Heat (7:30 p.m.)

Favored Team and Spread: MIA -3.5

Total Points: 208.5

Miami is riding a five-game winning streak as they are ready to host Dallas in a non-conference matchup. Outside of point guard Luka Doncic, the Mavs struggle to move the ball and find the basket. Point guard Tyler Herro (knee), shooting guard Victor Oladipo (shooting guard), and power forward Markieff Morris (neck) will be out for this game but the combination of point guard Kyle Lowry, small forward Jimmy Butler, and center Bam Adebayo should dominate here against a team without size.

The Mavericks are 3-9-1 Against the Spread in their previous 13 games against the Heat so go with Miami to cover and the over to hit.

Boston Celtics @ Philadelphia 76ers (7:30 p.m.)

Favored Team and Spread: BOS -2

Total Points: 209

In one of the marquee matchups on this slate, Boston and Philadelphia will square off. Shooting guard James Harden (hamstring) will be out until after the All-Star break and the Sixers are going to be just the Joel Embiid show as they wait until that happens. The Celtics are on an eight-game winning streak right now but Philly is 2-1 against Boston heading into their final regular season clash.

The defenses are different on the opposite sides as Boston is giving up 92.8 points in their previous four games while Philadelphia is allowing 101.8 points in their last five games. All in all, go with the Celtics to cover on the road and the under to hit in this game.

Indiana Pacers @ Milwaukee Bucks (8 p.m.)

Favored Team and Spread: MIL -12.5

Total Points: 233.5

The Indiana Pacers will take on the Milwaukee Bucks in an Eastern Conference matchup as the Bucks are looking for a four-game season sweep. Indiana is rebuilding and is on a six-game losing streak, but the major thing is Milwaukee power forward Giannis Antetokounmpo was forced to miss their last game due to an ankle injury.

Both teams have been scoring the ball incredibly well as of late as Indiana is scoring 115 points in their last three games while Milwaukee is averaging 123.8 points in their previous five games. The Pacers are 1-10 Against the Spread in their last 11 games played in Milwaukee so go with the Bucks in this game to cover the spread.

Charlotte Hornets @ Minnesota Timberwolves (8 p.m.)

Favored Team and Spread: MIN -6

Total Points: 243.5

The Charlotte Hornets will travel to take on the Minnesota Timberwolves in a non-conference matchup. Point guard LaMelo Ball has been doing well as he is averaging 24.1 points, 6.2 rebounds, 6.8 assists, and 1.9 steals in his last 10 games while shooting 43.2 percent from beyond the arc. The Hornets have covered in each of the previous four games against one another so go with Charlotte to cover the spread.

Both teams are scoring the ball well as the Hornets are scoring 113.8 points per game while the Timberwolves are averaging 113.3 points. Go with the under to hit here as these offenses are not going to score 118 points apiece.

Memphis Grizzlies @ New Orleans Pelicans (8 p.m.)

Favored Team and Spread: MEM -4

Total Points: 227.5

The Memphis Grizzlies will travel to the Smoothie King Center to take on the New Orleans Pelicans in a Western Conference matchup. The Grizzlies are riding a five-game winning streak and solidifying their playoff spot this season. Point guard Ja Morant (ankle), small forward Yves Pons (thigh), and power forward Xavier Tillman (thigh) are questionable for the Grizzlies.

The defenses have been doing well enough as of late as Memphis is allowing 111.3 points in their previous three games while the Pelicans are giving up 105.8 points in their last four games. Go with the Memphis Grizzlies to cover the spread on the road against a lesser team trying to build some chemistry and the under to hit as it hit in eight of the previous 11 games.

Los Angeles Clippers @ Phoenix Suns (10 p.m.)

Favored Team and Spread: PHO -12.5

Total Points: 223.5

The Los Angeles Clippers will travel to Footprint Center to take on the Phoenix Suns in a Western Conference matchup. The Clippers are trying to keep their head above water without Paul George (elbow). Phoenix is third in the NBA with 113.7 points per game and are second with 48.1 percent from the floor.

The Suns are riding a five-game winning streak and dominating this season behind shooting guard Devin Booker as he is averaging 29.4 points, 4.9 rebounds, 4.4 assists, and 0.8 steals in his last 10 games on solid shooting splits. The under hit in five of the last seven games so go with the under to hit and Phoenix to cover the spread in this game.
