Denver Nuggets @ Detroit Pistons (7 p.m.)

Favored Team and Spread: DEN -6.5

Total Points: 219.5

These teams just played against each other in Denver on Sunday, and the Nuggets picked up a 117-111 home win. Nikola Jokic has been stepping up with 26.1 points, 13.8 rebounds, and 7.8 assists this season and is carrying Denver this season.

The Pistons are 29th in the league with a 31.8 three-point percentage, so they are going to struggle from deep, but three teams are not playing well defensively. The Detroit Pistons are going to struggle after allowing 119.7 points in their previous three games.

All in all, go with the Denver Nuggets to cover the spread and the over to hit.

Charlotte Hornets @ Toronto Raptors (7 p.m.)

Favored Team and Spread: TOR -3.5

Total Points: 221.5

The Charlotte Hornets have been playing well offensively as they are tied for the lead in the NBA with 114.1 points per game this season and fourth in three-point percentage (36.7).

Toronto has struggled this season and only scored 34 points in the first half against Portland. Miles Bridges has been playing well this season with 20.1 points and 7.4 rebounds per game, and LaMelo Ball has also been playing well in his second season.

Give me the Charlotte Hornets getting a couple of points while on the road winning streak to cover as well as over 221.5 points in this game.

Los Angeles Clippers @ Washington Wizards (7 p.m.)

Favored Team and Spread: WAS -4.5

Total Points: 215.5

The Washington Wizards have the best player on the court in shooting guard Bradley Beal and the Los Angeles Clippers have Kawhi Leonard (knee) and Paul George (elbow) will remain sidelined for this game.

Los Angeles has struggled with their shooting percentages as they are 21st with a 44.8 field goal percentage while Washington is seventh at 46.6 percent.

The over has hit in 23 of the last 32 games between these teams, so go with the over to hit and the Wizards to cover the spread at home.

New Orleans Pelicans @ Philadelphia 76ers (7 p.m.)

Favored Team and Spread: PHI -8.5

Total Points: 215.5

The Pelicans are struggling this season and have small forward Brandon Ingram listed as day-to-day and do not play well on the road at 7-17. New Orleans is giving up 104 points in their last four games, but Philly is one of the better defensive teams as they are allowing 105.7 points per game.

Joel Embiid has been playing incredibly well as he is averaging 42.7 points and 12.3 rebounds in his last three games. All in all, go with the 76ers to cover and the under to hit.

Sacramento Kings @ Boston Celtics (7:30 p.m.)

Favored Team and Spread: BOS -8.5

Total Points: 219.5

De'Aaron Fox (ankle) is questionable for this game, and if he is healthy and can shoot the three-ball better, Sacramento can figure out how to be a better team. Jayson Tatum is coming off scoring 51 points in his last game, so they are going to need him to play at a huge level.

The Kings are allowing 128 points in their last three games, while the Celtics are giving up 102.3 points in their previous three games.

I like the Sacramento Kings to cover the spread and go with the over as both defenses are struggling.

Los Angeles Lakers @ Brooklyn Nets (7:30 p.m.)

Favored Team and Spread: LAL -3.5

Total Points: 226.5

The Los Angeles Lakers are expecting Anthony Davis to play in this game after missing the last five weeks with a knee injury.

Kyrie Irving (vaccine status) and Kevin Durant (knee) are out for Brooklyn, so this will be the James Harden show for the Nets. Brooklyn is fourth in the NBA in scoring (112.2 points per game) and shooting percentage (47.4).

The rotations will be a little weird for Los Angeles trying to incorporate AD back so go with the Brooklyn Nets as a home underdog to cover the spread and the under.

San Antonio Spurs @ Houston Rockets (8 p.m.)

Favored Team and Spread: SA -3.5

Total Points: 235.5

The San Antonio Spurs are playing tough despite their struggling record and have the bodies to limit what Christian Wood could do in this game.

San Antonio has the talent advantage with guys like Dejounte Murray playing on both sides of the court. Both teams are struggling this season, but the Spurs are 5-2-1 ATS in their last eight games.

All in all, go with the under as 235.5 points is too high, and the Spurs to cover the spread.

Dallas Mavericks @ Golden State Warriors (10 p.m.)

Favored Team and Spread: GS -3.5

Total Points: 211

The combination of Luka Doncic and Kristaps Porzingis has been doing well under head coach Jason Kidd. Stephen Curry has shot under 40 percent from three in his last three games, but this feels like a chance to snap out of this shooting slump.

Klay Thompson is questionable for this game, and if he is active, that will be a huge plus for the Warriors. Golden State is the best defensive team in the league with 101.9 points, while Dallas is third with 102.5 points allowed.

Go with the Warriors to cover the spread and the under, as these defenses should step up.

Minnesota Timberwolves @ Portland Trail Blazers (10 p.m.)

Favored Team and Spread: MIN -3

Total Points: 227.5

Minnesota is beginning to turn the corner as they have defeated the Brooklyn Nets and Golden State Warriors in the last week, so they are gaining momentum. Karl-Anthony Towns is beginning to play incredibly, with 24.3 points and 9.2 rebounds per game this year.

The Trail Blazers allowed 71 points in the second half of their last game, so the defense can struggle. Also, Damian Lillard will not be playing in this game as he is recovering from abdominal surgery, so Portland is going to try to play through C.J. McCollum.

The under is 11-3-1 in the last 15 games between these teams in Portland so go with the Timberwolves to cover the spread and the under to hit here.
