Kansas City Chiefs vs. Cincinnati Bengals Best Prop Bets

The Kansas City Chiefs will take on the Cincinnati Bengals on Sunday at Paul Brown Stadium in Cincinnati at 1 p.m. on CBS. This is a very important game for both teams as the Bengals are looking to clinch the AFC North with a win, and the Chiefs are looking to hold on to the No. 1 spot in the AFC.

The Bengals come into this game following another dominant win against AFC North rival Baltimore Ravens. Cincinnati beat Baltimore by a score of 41-21 in a game in which they kept a lead and never looked back. The Bengals took the season sweep on the Ravens for the year and are now 4-1 in divisional play.

The Chiefs manhandled the AFC North Pittsburgh Steelers by a score of 36-10. Patrick Mahomes had an efficient game, throwing for 258 yards and three touchdowns on 23 of 30 passing. Kansas City comes into this game on an eight-game winning streak.

It looks like we are in for a close and exciting match, so let's look at the best prop bets for this matchup between the Chiefs and the Bengals.

Best Prop Bets

Cincinnati Bengals Over 2.5 Total Team Touchdowns (-115)

The Bengals have found their best rhythm in games where they are able to pass the ball, and this matchup should bode well for their passing offense. The Chiefs' defense does not defend well against the pass as they rank 17th in opponent completion percentage, 20th in opponent yards per pass, and 25th in opponent pass yards per game.

If Burrow and Chase are able to have their connection, or any of their core three receivers for that matter, the Bengals offense will have themselves a field day and easily score over 2.5 touchdowns. I expect at least two to come from Burrow and one to come from Mixon on the ground.

Travis Kelce Anytime Scorer (+100)

This is a fun prop bet because I have a hunch that Mahomes will be looking for Kelce more often at Paul Brown Stadium. Although Mahomes looks to Kelce fairly often already in the Red Zone, this game is being played in Cincinnati, where Kelce went to college.

The fans would love to see him score even though it will not benefit Cincinnati. As the Bearcats are fighting for a chance to make it to the National Championship, Kelce has been a proud supporter of his alma mater, with touchdown celebrations and pre-game interviews mentioning his passion for his school.

Both Teams to Score 20+ Points (-150)

I think this is a very safe prop bet as the Bengals and the Chiefs have both scored 20+ points in twelve of their fifteen games. I expect this game to be a shootout in Cincinnati due to the nature of the two potent offenses. The over/under for the game is 51, so if this is a close game and the point total is what is expected, then this prop bet will hit.
