A lot of exciting NBA action tonight! Let’s hop into betJACK’s Daily NBA Betting Guide!

New York Knicks @ Portland Trail Blazers (5 p.m.)

Favored Team and Spread: NY -4.5

Total Points: 217.5

The New York Knicks will travel to the Moda Center to take on the Portland Trail Blazers as both teams snapped a losing streak in their last game.

However, both teams are struggling this season, and this should be a closer game than it has a reason to be. Power forward Julius Randle 21.5 points, 10.2 rebounds, 5.4 assists, and 0.9 steals in his last ten games.

The Knicks have covered the spread in five of the last six games and the under hit in nine of the previous 11 games, so go with those plays in this game.

Memphis Grizzlies @ Charlotte Hornets (7 p.m.)

Favored Team and Spread: MEM -7.5

Total Points: 238

The Memphis Grizzlies are traveling to face off against the Charlotte Hornets in their second and final matchup. In their previous game, the Hornets picked up a 118-108 road win earlier this season, but the Grizzlies are on a four-game winning streak right now.

Both teams have shown the ability to score the basketball as Charlotte is leading the NBA with 113.8 points per game while Memphis is third with 113.4 points per game.

The Grizzlies are 4-1 Against The Spread in their last five meetings, so go with Memphis to cover. Also, this number is a little too high, so go with the under in this game.

Sacramento Kings @ Washington Wizards (7 p.m.)

Favored Team and Spread: SAC -3.5

Total Points: 223

The Kings will head to the East Coast as they take on the Wizards in a non-conference matchup. These teams faced off once this season, and Sacramento picked up a 119-105 home win in their only other meeting.

Center Kristaps Porzingis (knee) had told Washington’s GM that he could be available as early as this game after being traded, so go with the Wizards to cover this spread.

The under has hit in all but one of the previous nine meetings, so go with Washington to cover the spread and the under to hit here.

San Antonio Spurs @ New Orleans Pelicans (7 p.m.)

Favored Team and Spread: NO -5.5

Total Points: 228.5

The Spurs and the Pelicans will square off for the second of four games against each other as the Spurs picked up a 112-97 home win earlier this season.

Shooting guard Tomas Satoransky (trade) is questionable for San Antonio, while small forward Larry Nance Jr (knee), point guard Kira Lewis Jr (knee), and power forward Zion Williamson (foot) are all out for New Orleans here.

The combination of small forward Brandon Ingram and shooting guard CJ McCollum should dominate this game so go with the Pelicans to cover the spread and the under as it hit in all of the last five games between San Antonio and New Orleans.

Cleveland Cavaliers @ Philadelphia 76ers (7:30 p.m.)

Favored Team and Spread: PHI -3.5

Total Points: 207.5

Cleveland will be continuing their road trip against Philadelphia here for the first of four games, and the Cavs are riding a four-game winning streak.

Shooting guard James Harden (hamstring) is not expected to play, and without center Andre Drummond and shooting guard Seth Curry, it will be difficult to put all this on center Joel Embiid against a tough opponent.

Both defenses have been doing incredibly well as the Cavs are leading the NBA with 102.1 points allowed per game while the 76ers are tied for sixth in the sport with 105.4 points per game given up.

All in all, go with Cleveland to cover as they are one of the best teams Against The Spread at 34-20-2. Also, go with the over as this number is just a smidge too low.

Denver Nuggets @ Toronto Raptors (7:30 p.m.)

Favored Team and Spread: TOR -3.5

Total Points: 223

The Raptors are on an eight-game winning streak and are hosting the Nuggets in a non-conference game. Small forward Pascal Siakam has been dominating in his last four games as he is averaging 28.5 points, 9.8 rebounds, 5.3 assists, 0.5 blocks, and 0.3 steals.

These offenses have been incredible in their last five games as Denver is scoring 113.4 points while Toronto is averaging 124.8 points. The over is 21-8-1 in their last 30 games against one another, and the Raptors are dominating lately, so go with the Raptors and the over.

Brooklyn Nets @ Miami Heat (8 p.m.)

Favored Team and Spread: MIA -10.5

Total Points: 219.5

Brooklyn has been struggling as they are riding a 10-game losing streak and are facing off against one of the best teams in the NBA in Miami. Both PJ Tucker (knee) and shooting guard Tyler Herro (knee) are questionable for the Heat in this game.

Shooting guard Seth Curry and center Andre Drummond are both questionable after being traded from the Philadelphia 76ers in the James Harden trade, and if they are available, that’s a huge addition here.

All in all, go with the Nets to cover the spread and the under to hit.

Oklahoma City Thunder @ Chicago Bulls (8 p.m.)

Favored Team and Spread: CHI -11.5

Total Points: 219

Oklahoma City is on the road and on a four-game losing streak taking on Chicago as they are without point guard Shai Gilgeous-Alexander until after the All-Star break.

Chicago has been one of the best offenses in the sport as they are shooting 48.3 percent as a team this season, which leads the NBA. Small forward DeMar DeRozan has been scoring 32.6 points in his last ten games and has become one of the top scorers in the NBA once again.

Go with under 219 points and the Bulls as the Thunder are 1-3-1 Against The Spread in their previous five matchups.

Los Angeles Clippers @ Dallas Mavericks (8:30 p.m.)

Favored Team and Spread: DAL -7.5

Total Points: 215.5

These teams are facing off once again after playing on Thursday as the Mavericks have won the last two games against the Clippers with a margin of 7.5 points in those games.

Point guard Spencer Dinwiddie and small forward Davis Bertans are questionable after being traded from Washington, and if they play, they should control the game and step up against a star-less Los Angeles team.

Go with the Mavericks to cover the spread as Luka Doncic should dominate once again and the under as it is 5-2 in their last seven games against one another in Dallas.

Los Angeles Lakers @ Golden State Warriors (8:30 p.m.)

Favored Team and Spread: GS -7

Total Points: 224

The Los Angeles Lakers will travel to the Chase Center to take on the Golden State Warriors in this game.

The Warriors should expect to have the Splash Brothers in this game, and Golden State is second in the NBA with a +7.5 point differential this season. Point guard Stephen Curry has been shooting 42.2/38/91.4 as a slashline.

The under hit in five of the last six games played in Golden State, so go with the under and the Lakers to cover the spread as the trio of LeBron James, Russell Westbrook, and Anthony Davis should have good games here.

Orlando Magic @ Phoenix Suns (9 p.m.)

Favored Team and Spread: PHO -15.5

Total Points: 225.5

This is the difference between a top team and a bottom team, as the Magic will take on the Suns here. Phoenix is 23-5 at home this season and are dominating this season and are fourth in the NBA, averaging 113.3 points per game so far.

The defenses as of late show a split as Orlando is allowing 115.6 points in their last five games while Phoenix is giving up 105 points in their previous four games. The backcourt of point guard Chris Paul and shooting guard Devin Booker are going to dominate this game and blow out the Magic here.

All in all, go with the under and the Suns to cover the spread
