A lot of exciting NBA action tonight! Let’s hop into betJACK’s Daily NBA Betting Guide!

Toronto Raptors @ Charlotte Hornets (7 p.m.)

Favored Team and Spread: TOR -2.5

Total Points: 225

The Raptors and Hornets will square up for their second of three games this season, and Toronto is entering this game on a five-game winning streak while Charlotte is on a four-game losing streak.

The difference is in the offense, which is weird because the Hornets are one of the best offensive teams in the NBA. The Raptors are averaging 118.4 points in their last five games, while the Hornets are scoring 96 points in their previous four games.

Go with the Raptors to cover and the over as it is 11-3-1 in their last 15 games against one another.

Miami Heat @ Washington Wizards (7 p.m.)

Favored Team and Spread: MIA -6

Total Points: 209

Miami has been an incredibly talented defense this season as they are fifth in the NBA with 104.4 points allowed and should be able to hold off Washington.

The Heat are without shooting guard Victor Oladipo (knee), small forward KZ Okpala (wrist), and power forward Markieff Morris (neck) with power forward Jimmy Butler (toe) and shooting guard Tyler Herro (knee) listed as questionable. Shooting guard Bradley Beal (wrist) and power forward Daniel Gafford (illness) are also expected to miss this game for Washington.

The average difference of their first three meetings this season, Miami is 2-1 in those games, is Miami winning by 6.3 points, so go with the Heat to cover.

Also, go with the over, as these defenses need some work right now.

Phoenix Suns @ Chicago Bulls (8 p.m., NBA TV)

Favored Team and Spread: PHO -8.5

Total Points: 228.5

This Phoenix team is on another level this year as they are a remarkable 42-10 this season. Small forward DeMar DeRozan has been red-hot for the Bulls in his last nine games as he is averaging 32.6 points, 6.4 rebounds, 6.3 assists, and 1.1 steals in 38.6 minutes on the court.

He is also coming off a 45 point game against Philly where he did not make a single three-pointer.

However, the defense is the biggest difference as of late as Chicago is allowing 118.4 points in their previous five games while Phoenix is giving up 105 in their last three. The Suns are 5-2 Against The Spread in their last seven games in Chicago so go with Phoenix to cover the spread.

Also, put something on the under here with solid defenses playing against one another.

Golden State Warriors @ Oklahoma City Thunder (8 p.m.)

Favored Team and Spread: GS -12.5

Total Points: 211.5

The Golden State Warriors are currently on an eight-game winning streak and are looking to continue it against the Oklahoma City Thunder.

Both sides have a decent amount of players on the injury report as center James Wiseman (knee), power forward Draymond Green (calf), and point guard Shai Gilgous-Alexander (ankle) are all going to miss this game while Andre Iguodala (hip), small forward Otto Porter Jr (back), and shooting guard Luguentz Dort (face) are all ruled as questionable.

Golden State is 2-0 this season against Oklahoma City with an average margin of victory of 14.5 points and should be able to cover the spread on the road.

Also, go with the over as the Warriors are averaging 121.2 points in their last five games.

New York Knicks @ Utah Jazz (9 p.m.)

Favored Team and Spread: UTA -7.5

Total Points: 213.5

The New York Knicks are traveling to Vivint Arena on Monday to take on the Utah Jazz. Center Rudy Gobert (calf) is questionable as he participated in Sunday’s practice, but I would be shocked if he makes an appearance in this game.

Utah is tied for the league lead with 113.6 points per game and should be able to score on a lesser team.

Go with the Utah Jazz to cover and the over to hit.
