Cleveland Browns quarterback Deshaun Watson attempts pass vs. Titans

The Baltimore Ravens were the only AFC North team to lose in Week 3 of the 2023 NFL season.

In what should have been a sure win for the Ravens, the Colts went in to Baltimore as 8-point underdogs and didn't just cover - they got the win.

The Steelers defeated the Raiders on Sunday Night Football after head coach Josh McDaniels elected to kick a field goal with two and a half minutes left and no timeouts, instead of playing for the tie in what should have been four-down territory.

The Browns destroyed the Titans at home 27-3 on Sunday as many of you know. The defense was dominant, Myles Garrett had arguably the best game of his NFL careeer, and Deshaun Watson looked like the $230-million dollar guy they paid for.

The Bengals escaped Monday Night Football with a win last night against the Rams, improving their record to 1-2. Joe Burrow didn't look great, but he did enough alongside that solid Bengals front four to come out on top.

Let's take a look at the updated AFC North betting odds as we head into Week 4.

Ravens: +210

Next game: at Cleveland

As I previously mentioned, the Ravens dropped one they absolutely should have won on Sunday. From a few failed fourth down conversions to a few Justin Tucker misses, they didn't look good Sunday.

They have been extremely banged up to start the season, and it doesn't look like they will be getting healthy anytime soon. They'll head to Cleveland this week for a huge Week 4 battle.

Browns: +210

Next game: vs. Baltimore

If the Browns defense continues to play how they have played so far this season all year long, there is no reason they can't be in every single game they play.

From Myles Garrett to Grant Delpit, they are having a historic start to their season. Opponents have had 39 drives, and the Browns have only allowed one touchdown out of all 39 drives.

Quarterback Deshaun Watson looked great against the Titans, going 27-for-33, 289 yards and 2 touchdowns. One thing Watson hasn't done yet in brown and orange is string together great games, and he has a golden opportunity to do just that on Sunday.

Bengals: +325

Next game: at Tennessee

The Bengals got their first win of the season last night at home against the Rams, and they still didn't look great.

Joe Burrow struggled, and his calf injury doesn't seem to be going away anytime soon. Tee Higgins dropped several passes. A few positives for the Bengals? Ja'Marr Chase looked dominant, and the Bengals defense also looked really good. We'll see how they hold up against the Titans.

Steelers: +375

Next game: at Houston

Although the AFC North is currently a tight race, the Steelers (sitting at 2-1) have the longest odds to win the AFC North, and it makes sense.

Kenny Pickett looks really bad, Najee Harris looks like Trent Richardson 2.0, and they have a few big injuries on both sides of the ball.

Their defense, however, is always going to be good, with T.J Watt leading the way. Not to mention - Mike Tomlin has been around the block. He's a great head coach that you can never count out of a ball game.

It will be quite interesting to see how they fair against a Texans team that is coming off of a very impressive win in Jacksonville against the Jaguars.
