Both the NBA and NHL Playoffs are still going on this month, and of course, the MLB season is still heating up. This presents many great betting opportunities in June, and we have picked out some of the things to focus on this week.

Indians/Mariners

The Cleveland Indians host the Seattle Mariners this weekend after making a brief stop in St. Louis. Cleveland continues to search for more consistent play, but this weekend does present a great chance to rack up some wins.

One game to focus on this weekend will take place on Friday night as Aaron Civale takes the mound for the Indians. Civale is 7-2 with a terrific ERA, and this should be a great chance for the Indians to pick up an important win.

Jose Ramirez continues to provide most of the offense for Cleveland, and he is still looking for some help as the season moves along. The Indians won’t have to score a ton on Friday night to win, and Cleveland should be favored in most games this weekend.

Reds/Rockies

The Reds have a tough beginning of the week as they face the Milwaukee Brewers for a series. Milwaukee is now tied atop the NL Central standings, and that team is starting to peak as the calendar has turned to June.

Things get a little easier for the Reds this weekend as they welcome the Colorado Rockies to town. Colorado has not had a great start to the 2021 season, and they are an even worse team on the road.

It’s going to take some offense to win games against the Rockies, but scoring runs is what the Reds do best. Betting on Cincinnati to win games this weekend is a strong play, but betting the over is an even better option.

NHL Playoffs

The NHL Playoffs continue to produce some interesting and surprising results, but that has been the norm over the past decade. Most would agree that the Stanley Cup Playoffs are the most exciting postseason in any sport, and the games are always competitive.

This feels like things are shaping up for a Stanley Cup Finals matchup between the Colorado Avalanche and Boston Bruins, but both teams still have some work to do. Betting on these teams this week would be a solid strategy as it is hard to picture either of them losing in this round.

NBA Playoffs

The Second Round of the NBA Playoffs will be underway this weekend, and there are some terrific matchups on the schedule. The most anticipated series will feature the Brooklyn Nets taking on the Milwaukee Bucks.

Brooklyn stormed out to a 1-0 series lead over Milwaukee, but this series has the feeling of one that could go to all seven games. The Bucks will host two games this weekend, and this would be a great opportunity to bet on them.
