The Cleveland Cavaliers (14-8) are coming together quickly as they find themselves third in the Eastern Conference.

The Orlando Magic (5-17) are building towards the future, with Paolo Banchero looking like a future superstar in this league.

Orlando Magic Betting Preview

Paolo Banchero appears to be well on his way to superstardom, averaging nearly 23 points per game to go along with nearly seven rebounds and over three assists per game.

Banchero has a lot of tools in his shed to be an elite player in the NBA. He has the size to back down smaller forwards and guards and the footwork and touch to hit the turnaround fadeaway jumpshot and the athleticism to get to the rim.

Banchero already looks unafraid to push the ball in transition, which has made guys like Kevin Durant and LeBron James great throughout their careers.

At this particular point in time, Banchero looks like he was easily the best player in his draft class, as he is already averaging nearly 23 points per game.

Bol Bol has stepped up for the Magic this season as well, especially in the absence of Wendell Carter Jr.

Bol is drawing comparisons to Victor Wembanyama, as both are freakishly tall athletes who can shoot the ball, score in the paint, pass and get out in transition.

Both of these guys have a bright future in Orlando.

Cleveland Cavaliers Betting Preview

The Cavs defeated the Philadelphia 76ers on Wednesday, as Caris LeVert led the way with 22 points, six rebounds, and four assists off the bench.

Darius Garland provided 21 points and nine assists. Mitchell had with 18 points and six assists.

Evan Mobley added with 18 points, seven rebounds, and three assists.

The Cavs have a great mix of scorers, defenders, and vets, as they are one of the league’s best teams on both sides of the floor.

Mitchell is such a versatile scorer; he’ll always attract multiple defenders wherever he is on the floor, which will open up opportunities for other guys to do some damage.

The Cavs are still missing several players due to injury, but it goes a long way that they have guys ready and able to step up whenever they need to.

The Cavs already have the makings of a championship contending team. They just need to continue to build chemistry and get healthy.

Odds

The Cavs are favored by a -10 spread.

While the Cavs are the far superior team, the Magic have proven they can stay competitive against the elite teams in the league, especially if their opponent fails to respect them.

With that being said, expect the Magic to keep this competitive and within a 10 point game, but for the Cavs to still end up winning this game.
