Best Prop Bets: Atlanta Falcons vs. Cincinnati Bengals October 23
The Atlanta Falcons will travel to Cincinnati to take on the Bengals this Sunday at 1:00 p.m. Both teams are 3-3 and coming off wins last week to set them up for tied with the lead in their respective divisions.
The Bengals were able to muster up a come-from-behind victory against the New Orleans Saints as they came home with a 30-26 win. Joe Burrow had his best game of the season as he threw for 300 yards and three touchdowns. He also had a critical run on third down which resulted in a touchdown.
The Falcons took care of business against the San Francisco 49ers in a 28-14 win. Marcus Mariota was an efficient 13/14 with 129 yards through the air and two touchdowns.
He ran for 50 additional yards and added a rushing touchdown to his tally. The defense was able to force Jimmy Garrapolo into two interceptions as well.
Let's look at the best prop bets in the game that is featuring the Cincinnati Bengals and the Atlanta Falcons.
Best Prop Bets
Cincinnati Total Touchdowns Under 3.5 (-193)
This is a little high of a line, as it has been set at 2.5 touchdowns all season. Joe Burrow is coming off one of his best games, but you never know how he will fair, as the Bengals have been extremely inconsistent this season. The Bengals rely heavily on kicker Evan Mcpherson and will choose to kick most 4th downs in his range.
Cincinnati Total Field Goals Over 1.5 (-148)
As stated previously, the Bengals have full faith in their kicker at almost any realistic distance in his range. He is 11/13 this season on field goals and has hit his past six.
I think the Bengals will utilize Mcpherson more in this game and elect to kick field goals more often to make sure they come away with points.
Cincinnati Win By 1-13 Points (+135)
I have been high on this for most of the season, and this game is no different. I love Cincinnati to win this game, but I don't see them winning this game by more than thirteen points.
The line is set at six points right now, but it wouldn't surprise me if this game isn't close throughout. I will give the Bengals the advantage because it is in Cincinnati.
This game will stay close because I don't think the Bengals defend well against a dual-threat quarterback. Although Mariota is not Lamar Jackson, Jackson was able to run all over the Bengals' defense a few weeks ago as Baltimore took down the Bengals.
The Falcons are not as good as the Ravens, but the dual-threat capability will have the Bengals' defense on their toes all game.
