Updated Betting Odds to win 2021 Stanley Cup

Betting odds to win the Stanley Cup have changed drastically since the season began as teams have shifted based on play. The Columbus Blue Jackets have struggled to begin the season, and their odds have continued to tumble as the season has gone on.

Here is a look at the updated betting odds to win the 2021 Stanley Cup as of March 6, 2021.

The Colorado Avalanche and Vegas Golden Knights were the clear favorites to win the Stanley Cup to begin the season, but that is no longer the case. Both of those teams are having solid seasons, but COVID-19 has affected each of those teams. 

With a terrific start to the 2020-21 season, the Toronto Maple Leafs are now the favorites to win the 2021 Stanley Cup, but these odds can once again change in a hurry. The Tampa Bay Lightning are second on the list at +650, and they are the defending Stanley Cup champions. 

Winning the Stanley Cup is one of the toughest things to do in sports, and that should make for a terrific playoff when they are set to begin.

Unfortunately, you will find the Columbus Blue Jackets in this list of longshots, and it has been a rough year for the team. There are also some interesting teams on this list, including the Dallas Stars.

Dallas was in the Stanley Cup Finals a season ago, but the Stars have been hit hard by COVID-19. These teams, including the Blue Jackets, could make a run, but they are running out of time.
