Week 5 of the college football season could be the best weekend of football yet as there are a number of Top-25 showdowns set to take place. Most bettors tend to focus on the spread when betting on NCAAF games, but that isn’t the only option that is available.

You can also bet the moneyline for every game, and this is a chance to find some teams that you think are ready to make a big upset. Here are three of the top moneyline bets to make for Week 5, including taking a team from Ohio in an upset.

Oklahoma State Cowboys vs. Baylor Bears (-125)

One of the biggest games of the day will take place in the Big 12 Conference as the 3-0 Oklahoma State Cowboys meet up against the 3-1 Baylor Bears. Baylor is a 2.5-point betting favorite in this game, and that means that the moneyline odds are tight as well.

Oklahoma State has put up some great offensive numbers through four weeks, but the Cowboys haven’t played anyone tough. Baylor has already been tested a couple of times this season, and the Bears also have the advantage of playing this game at home.

Take the Baylor Bears at (-125), as they will be able to win this game, and it’s a pretty safe bet to make to begin a Week 5 weekend of betting.

Miami Ohio (+120) vs. Buffalo Bulls

Miami (OH) is on the road in Buffalo, New York, in Week 5 to face a Bulls team that has some confidence. Buffalo blew out Eastern Michigan to pick up an outright upset win last weekend, but that was only the first win of the season for the Bulls.

Miami (OH) has had a challenging schedule up to this point, but they are still 2-2 on the year. The RedHawks just picked up a win over the Northwestern Wildcats, and the experience of facing big teams will help them out in this one.

Both teams have struggled to get stops in this one, and that should lead to a high-scoring game. The spread and moneyline odds are tight, but taking the Miami (OH) RedHawks at (+120) is the best way to go in this one.

Wake Forest Demon Deacons (+210) vs. Florida State Seminoles

It’s always a good idea to look for a big upset as well when searching for the best moneyline picks to make for college football. There is a Top-25 showdown set to take place in the ACC to target as the Florida State Seminoles host the Wake Forest Demon Deacons.

Wake Forest just fell a bit in the polls after suffering a double-overtime loss at home to the Clemson Tigers. The Demon Deacons are still scoring nearly 43 points per game, and that offense will travel well in this one.

Florida State is a perfect 4-0 on the season, but they are also a team with some injury concerns. The Seminoles have a defense that is allowing just 19 points per game, but it will take offense to win this one.

Look for the upset in this game and bet on Wake Forest at (+210) to go into Florida State and win.
